Unsure what you need to do BEFORE your appointment?

• No caffeine or coffee on the day of your appointment

  This includes redbull or any other energy drinks. Caffeine will make you bleed more during your procedure. Excessive bleeding will affect your retention.
  

• No Nurofen, Aspirin or Anti-Inflammatory Medication or Fish Oil 4 weeks prior to your appointment

  Please check with your GP if you are unsure if your medication is an anti-inflammatory. These medications will make you bleed excessively and will affect your healed results.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure and sunburns 1 week prior to your appointment

  You cannot tattoo over sensitized and burnt skin.
