Thank you for choosing Xpress Beauty for all your beauty needs. We value your business and would like to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently for the benefit of all our clients.

To maintain the quality of our services and uphold our commitments to our staff and vendors, we have established the following Resource Fee and Cancellation / No-Show Policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy - New & Existing Bookings

(excluding Membership Services & Cosmetic Tattoo services)

While we do understand that emergencies do happen; we kindly ask you contact us to cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Xpress Beauty holds a firm cancellation/no show policy as follows

  • No Shows / Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 25% Resource Fee to cover fixed expenses such as wages, rent, electricity etc.

  • Where 24 hours notice has been given to reschedule, any paid booking fees can transferred to a new date and time.

  • While we do not offer refunds for cancellations; we are more than happy to put the paid fee down as a credit where sufficient notice has been given.

  • 3 No Shows will result in no longer being able to book with Xpress Beauty.

Child Friendly; But only for the Brow Bar

As a working mum myself, I completely understand how hard it can be to get to appointments without taking the children. The brow bar is completely child friendly. We do recommend bringing snacks & entertainment to keep your babies entertained while we do the pampering. Although Jade is known to steal the babies for cuddles from time to time.

However, we can’t allow children in the room during cosmetic tattooing or our clinical treatments due to council regulation and their own safety. This is due to the fact some of these treatments involve sharps and require intense concentration by our therapist.
